We encourage children to have a snack at breaktime to help maintain their energy levels. A piece of fruit or a plain biscuit is ideal. All children in Ash and Oak Class receive a FREE piece of fruit or vegetable every day at snack time through the Government’s School Fruit and Vegetable Scheme (SFVS).
As a healthy school, we do not allow children to have crisps or chocolate at snack-time nor as part of a packed lunchbox. If children do bring these items into school, they will be asked to save them and take them for a treat at home.
