Friday is for celebrations!21 June 2024 (by Hayley Armstrong (admin)) |
Good afternoon Andoversford families!
We have had a lovely week: Oak class went to the Cotswold Wildlife Park and Willow Class had a lovely day on Tuesday making fairground rides out of KNex and coding them unto use light, sounds and movements!
We also had a really great KS2 athletics competition at the Prince of Wales stadium last week, with medals for individual sprints and long distance as well as some relay teams! Well done everyone!
We had lots of Aspire Awards this week, including those for showing good learning behaviours, respect and self-belief. Well done Aspire award winners!
In our ASPIRE assembly, Lola won our Mystery Reader this week for the second week in a row! She donated ‘Wilding’ to Oak Class.
House points:
Bluebell: 38
Buttercup: 35
Thistle: 36
Rose: 42
The whole school total is 8585. We had our first clue as to the destination of our Aspire Reward trip today. The clue was: ‘You will need a sun hat and swimming costume’. We’re very excited to find out what it will be!
We hope you have a wonderful weekend.
