We are currently collecting feedback about after school clubs to help us to develop our provision. In class, the children have been sharing their views to help us plan the after school offer for next year. Please can parents and carers complete the attached survey to share your views and help shape the future.
It should only take a few minutes. We are interested in all views, whether or not you currently use the after school provision.
