At Andoversford we love reading! As we know, reading is a crucial skill in education, and for life in general. Reading can provide an escape to other worlds; be a calm and relaxing activity and can also support learning in all areas of the curriculum. We aim for all children to leave primary school fluent and confident readers.

Can you spare an hour or two a week? We would love to have some more volunteers to listen to children read in school. If you, or someone you know, could support our children to become life-long readers we would be very grateful.
