This afternoon, our local MP Geoffrey Clifton Brown was supposed to be visiting the school to find out more about the impact of funding challenges. Our school does not currently receive enough funding to be able to offer the very best for our children. I have been attempting to discuss this issue with our MP since the summer, but unfortunately, other priorities and commitments mean that he is yet to engage in a conversation.
I hope that he will eventually find time in his schedule to rearrange the visit.
