As you know, the Immunisation Team will be visiting school on Friday this week, 24th November to deliver the Nasal Flu Spray Vaccination programme to all children who have returned a valid paper consent form.

The team have asked us to share the following message with you:  

If you have not yet completed a consent form and wish to DECLINE the Nasal Flu vaccination, please text: 

NO NASAL FLU, with your child's name, school and date of birth to 07800 720603.

If you would like to give consent and do not have a consent form to return back to school, you can contact the Immunisation team and a verbal consent will be taken over the phone.  Please call 0300 421 8140. (Telephones are manned between 8am and 4pm)
