All Gloucestershire Libraries are taking part in a Halloween Costume Swap. Between 9th October and 1st November, you can visit any library in the county and swap your old costume for another pre-loved one!
- Accessories, whole and part costumes accepted
- Donations will be accepted throughout the swap
- Discover swaps across all county libraries
- You can still take a costume home if you don’t have one to swap
- Both adult and child costumes welcome
