Thank you for your support as we all navigate the new booking systems for both breakfast club and after school clubs.

The booking window for Autumn Term has now closed.  If you find you need to book an ad-hoc session, please send an email to the school office.  A place will only be allocated if there is space available.

Breakfast and after school clubs for the Spring Term will start on Monday 8^th January 2024 and will run to Thursday 21^st March 2024.

We are simplifying the booking system for next term following feedback from staff and parents. The Spring Term booking window will be available from 4 December until 15 December.  For the after school options we will confirm which activities are available on which day in advance.  Parents will have the option to book for collection at 4.20pm or up to 5.30pm as they have now.  However, the booking form will not have a week-by-week breakdown. 

For both breakfast and after school club, places will be available to be booked on your chosen day/s for a full term only.  This will give us time to ensure we have adequate staffing in place to run the clubs.  We appreciate that some families may need to make ad-hoc bookings.  You will be able to do this by email after the booking window.  Please note, ad-hoc spaces will only be able to be accommodated if there is space available for the session required.  Please give as much notice as possible.
