Literature Festival Visit6 October 2021 (by Rachel Bradley McKay (Head)) |
Unfortunately we have had the news today that Rashmi Sirdeshpandi has had to pull out of her Literature for Schools event due to illness. Luckily, Cheltenham festivals have been very fortunate to secure an excellent replacement, Ben Miller, and here are the details of his event:
Ben Miller: How I Became a Dog Called Midnight
Enter a world of wonder with actor, director, comedian and children’s author Ben Miller (The Day I Fell Into a Fairytale, The Night I Met Father Christmas). Find out what it’s like to become a dog as Ben talks about his new magical-mishap adventure book How I Became a Dog Called Midnight and why he likes to share heartwarming stories that children, their families and teachers will love reading together.
Beech Class will be attending the event with Ben Miller instead of the planned session with Rashmi Sirdeshpandi. All other details remain the same.
We are all very much looking forward to it!
