Year 6 SATs Meeting1 October 2021 (by Hayley Armstrong (admin)) |
Year 6 is not only the final year at primary school, it also marks the end of Key Stage 2 for children. In the Summer Term, children all around the country will be taking some assessments to see how well they are doing in the core curriculum areas.
These assessments do not need to be scary and we help all of our children to prepare fully. A reminder that parents of Year 6 pupils are invited to find out more, at the SATs meeting next Tuesday at 3.30pm. We have allocated space for one adult per family to attend so that we can use Willow Class for the meeting. If you will require an additional space, or would prefer to attend the meeting virtually, please get in touch with the school office so that we can make arrangements.
Extra information about the assessments will be available after the session. You can also take a look at this really helpful guide for parents: https://home.oxfordowl.co.uk/at-school/primary-school-assessment-tests/ks2-sats/
